‘Black Panther’ star Chadwick Boseman’s onetime London home, which he is now selling, is valued at £2.86 million ($3.58 million).
The home — a 745-square-foot two-bedroom apartment in London’s Kensington Palace Gardens — was bought by Boseman in 2014 for £1.675 million ($2.22 million), according to Realtor.com. He was renting from finance executive Phillip Clarke at the time.
After his break in “Captain America: Civil War,” Boseman is selling the home and moving to LA.
“I’m looking forward to going to the studio to get back to my own films and to spending more time on my body of work,” Boseman told the realtor’s website.
“The last year on ‘Black Panther’ really taught me a lot about what it takes to be passionate about working with the people I work with, and I want to incorporate that into my future projects,” he added.
Also on the market in London is an estate owned by Boseman’s grandfather, writer/director O.B. Blake, worth $4.21 million.
Boseman’s current home is in the Bel Air community in Los Angeles.
But another star is hoping to become part of his new home. Boseman and his former girlfriend were engaged in a boat race — the American Cup Regatta in the Bahamas last year.
Catherine Zeta-Jones showed up to her engagement party aboard the boat.
This is how Beyonce and Jay-Z shared the news of her engagement during their latest On the Run II Tour.
